Kelsie, Accounts Receivable Specialist
With 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kelsie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Woodstock Chiropractic. Since joining the team in 2022, she has been dedicated to advocating for patients, working directly with insurance companies and attorneys to ensure treatment payments are handled smoothly. As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, she also assists patients in managing balances and payment plans, helping to relieve financial stress so they can focus on their healing.
Kelsie’s goal is to provide each patient with peace of mind, ensuring they can concentrate on their recovery without the burden of navigating insurance claims and payments. Her deep understanding of the insurance process allows her to be a strong advocate for patients, helping them receive the benefits and coverage they deserve.
Originally from the beautiful islands of Fiji, Kelsie spent 19 years there and, while no longer fluent in the language, she still understands and can interpret when needed.
Outside of work, Kelsie enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. She loves hiking, fishing, gardening, paddleboarding, rafting, and traveling to explore new places with family and friends. She also has a passion for cooking and experimenting with new dishes, always looking for creative ways to bring people together over food. Her greatest reward in life has been in serving alongside her church family in children’s ministry for over 20 years.
With her experience, dedication, and compassionate approach, Kelsie is a valued member of the Woodstock Chiropractic team, ensuring patients receive the care and support they need-both in and out of the treatment room.
Clemencia, Chiropractic Assistant
With 19 years of dedicated experience in the chiropractic field, Clemencia has been an integral part of Woodstock Chiropractic since day one. As a skilled Chiropractic Assistant, she is passionate about helping patients on their journey to recovery. She assists with patient care, scheduling, and helping patients with their Personal Injury Protection (PIP) forms, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.
Clemencia’s goal is to see each patient regain their health and mobility after an accident. She strives to make every visit comfortable and reassuring, ensuring that patients receive the care they need. By assisting the doctors with patient care, she plays a vital role in supporting patient recovery as well.
Beyond the office, Clemencia enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and camping. She also loves cooking and cherishes sharing homemade meals with her loved ones. As a bilingual team member (English and Spanish), she is proud to assist a diverse range of patients, ensuring they feel understood and cared for throughout their treatment.

Martha, Chiropractic Assistant
With 17 years of experience in the chiropractic field-all proudly spent at Woodstock-Martha is a cornerstone of the practice. As a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant, she plays an essential role in patient care, scheduling, and billing, ensuring that each visit runs smoothly and comfortably from start to finish.
Martha’s passion lies in helping every patient recover and feel their best. Her ability to connect personally with each individual sets her apart, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that patients truly appreciate.
Outside the office, Martha enjoys catching up on her favorite Netflix series or relaxing with a good movie. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with her family.

Julio, Chiropractic Assistant
With 15 years of experience in the chiropractic field, all of them at Woodstock Chiropractic, Julio is a dedicated and knowledgeable Chiropractic Assistant. He plays a vital role in assisting the doctors with patient care, scheduling, billing, and ensuring each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their recovery journey.
Julio’s goal is to guide patients in the right direction for a smooth and effective recovery. With expertise in both billing and patient care, he helps streamline the treatment process so patients can focus on healing.
